KENTUCKY RIGHT TO LIFE

Day at the Capitol

LIFE CHAIN

First Sunday in October

The Life Chain is an annual prayer service held every first Sunday afternoon in October.  Madison County Right to Life joins many other right to life organizations around the country in praying for the end of abortion in the United States and the healing of the damage it has caused.  We stand (or sit) for 90 minutes in the grassy median beside the Eastern Bypass across from the EKU football stadium holding pro-life signs and pray that everyone passing by is touched by our message.  We pray that God changes the hearts and minds of our leaders and citizens to respect the right to life of the unborn and protect them from the horror of abortion.  We pray for the mothers who have aborted their babies, that they will find peace and forgiveness through the Lord.  We pray for the day when America is once again one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all, born and unborn.
